What you get
Only lots that fit
Your box is the filter. If a lot fails your frontage rule, your flood zone or your price ceiling, you never see it.
The record, attached
Every lot arrives with its flood zone, scrub-jay status, utilities, lot geometry and the recorded sales around it, pulled from the county. Problems are on page one, not in the fine print.
A clean closing
We hold the lot under a signed contract. You close with the seller at the title company, on your form or by assignment, with earnest money in the title company's escrow.
